Any cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If not made within 24 hours, a cancellation will be considered a return.
Returns
With prior approval, returns must be made made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
Exchanges
Any active electronics equipment that is found to be defective may be exchanged within 14 days for another of the same item. Please contact us for details.
