The GHS-FCLI Series splitters are premium digital splitters featuring low intermod distortion and non-magnetizing circuit design (patents pending). The low intermod distortion allows high level return path signals (cable modems, STB’s, etc.) while maintaining product integrity and eliminating the possibility of harmonics due to magnetization. Also features sealed F-ports which protect splitter circuitry from varying environmental conditions. Zinc back cover ensures maximum outdoor survivability. ** FEATURES
* Lowest Intermodulation Distortion
* Enhanced Return Loss and Isolation
* Flat-End, Small Aperture Ports
* Double Thick Plating With Clear
* Lacquer Over-Coating
* Port Protection Caps
* Non-Magnetizing
* Capacitor Decoupling on all Ports
* 6kV Survivability
* Pressure-Sealed F-Ports

Separator/ Joiners are made to separate or combine (diplex), the required band with a safety guardband between. Insertion loss has been held to minimal levels making our diplexer products ideal for use in signal separation applications where low loss is critical. * Allows One-Way Amplifiers to become Two-Way * Separates Return Signals (Sub-Bands) on Head Ends * Provides Low Loss Sub-Band Signal Insertion in the distribution System or at the Head End

PCT's Genesys II drop passives offer exceptional performance and long-term reliability for drop installations, particularly in systems with cable modem applications. Genesys II splitters were specifically designed for minimizing intermodulation distortions and spurious signals. Including with the Genesys II Series is PCT's patented Digital Seizure Mechanism (DSM), which provides significant advantages in center conductor retention, surface contact area, electrical performance, and surge withstand. Superior intermodulation distortion and second harmonic performance
*Excellent return loss and port-to-port isolation in the return band
*Patented DSM seizure technology provides increased spring retention for better surface contact
*Gold-plated, beryllium copper construction for better corrosion resistance, impedance matching and prevention of common path distortion
*6 kV surge withstand, guaranteed second order harmonics performance after 5 surges to each port of 6 kV (per IEEE.C62.41.1991 Category A3)
*Patented spark gap improves surge withstand capabilities, directs surge to ground before entering the housing and circuit board
*Tin-plated backplate provides minimum -130 dB shielding effectiveness and superior defense against long-term corrosion factors
*-60 dBmV spurious signals and 2nd harmonics with a +55dBmV input carrier
*Weather-sealed "F" ports
*Meets all SCTE specifications
*Machine threaded, flat "F" ports

The GHS Series 1 GHz Splitters are state-of-the-art product lines designed and tested using the most current procedures. New performance features have been incorporated to make both series compatible with the latest digital and return path requirements. Low intermodulation design and optimized return band prevents high cable modem signals from affecting forward band transmission. The GHS-2P Series power passing to one port splitters have been specifically designed to meet the highest electrical specifications. Careful isolation of the RF and DC path is required to prevent saturation or burn-out of the high permeability ferrite core. This has been accomplished using a separate DC bypass core material which can withstand higher impulse spikes before saturating. Features: 5-1000 MHz. Bandwidth * 23 dB port-to-port isolation * 28 dB output return loss * Low intermodulation design * Double-Thick Plating * Enhanced Sub Band Performance * Power Pass One Port * 6 kV Survivability * 100% soldered backplate * Flat End F-ports
